Construction Specifications Institute
The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) is a national
professional association, open to anyone related to the
design/construction industry,
that provides technical information,
products, continuing education, conferences, product shows to
enhance communication among all of the design and construction
industry's disciplines and meets the needs for a common system of
organizing and presenting construction documents. CSI's members include architects, engineers, specifiers,
contractors, building owners, facility managers, code enforcement
professionals, and product representatives. Its policy of
industry-wide membership has resulted in improved communications and
unprecedented teamwork to develop innovative products and services
of benefit to all involved in construction. CSI offers an excellent
national web presence for the benefit of its members and the entire
design/construction industry.

Northeast Region of CSI
The Northeast Region of CSI consists of all of the Chapters and all of the non-affiliated members in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and the northern part of New Jersey. The Northeast Region is one of ten Regions that exist in the United States and currently includes 15 Chapters.

Maine Chapter of CSI
The Maine Chapter of CSI is a state-wide organization serving the entire state of Maine. It is one of approximately 140 Chapters located in the United States, each serving a unique geographical area. Its mission is "To support and elevate professionalism within the design/construction industry in Maine, through education, certification, information, fellowship, and member involvement.
The Maine Chapter normally meets on the first Tuesday of each month from September through June with the location of the meeting moving from month to month for the convenience of its members. The Chapter encourages non-members to participate in the monthly Chapter Meetings as a part of its mission to elevate professionalism.

Rooms are available at the Fisherman's Inn for anyone that wishes to stay
overnight, for reservations call 1-800-628-6872 and speak with Alan
Baldwin.
There will be 3 choices for the meal, Rib Eye Steak, Crab
Stuffed Haddock, and Pork Scaloppini but it is necessary to indicate
the meal selection when making the meeting reservations.
There will be a cash bar available.
Pay in advance using PayPal - If using PayPal for your
reservation, please separately register each person with spouses and
guests registered as Members and show menu selection as
"Special Instructions to seller" on the Review
your information screen.
